We understand that sometimes plans change! To ensure your order is just right, please double-check the size, color, and shipping details before completing your purchase.
✔ If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
✔ After this period, your bag will enter production, and modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.

�� Return Policy (For Faulty Items Only)
We take great care in inspecting and packaging each bag before shipping, but we understand that unexpected issues can sometimes arise during delivery. If your item arrives with a defect, we are happy to assist with a return or resolution.
✔ Notify Us Within 7 Days: Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ Provide Photo Proof: Send clear photos showing the issue with the product.
✔ Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for faulty items—we do not accept returns for change of mind, as international shipping costs are high.
Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
❌ If the delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
❌ If the courier is unable to access the delivery location (e.g., missing gate/security codes or restricted entry).
⚠️ Important Note on Failed Deliveries
Due to the high cost of shipping, undeliverable packages will not be returned to us and may be discarded by the courier.
